Especially those who really couldn't afford to lose their jobs right now. I see that a lot of seniors have been impacted. He-l-bent on destroying institutional knowledge. Boggles the mind.

Human Capital is a great asset to this firm. Laying off mindshare and knowledge isn’t going to move the needle. It’s going to disrupt it. Put human capital up against AI and you get mediocrity output from AI. But the experience the human capital brings. You can’t replicate it.
Great. Another slow rolling layoff with everyone frantically trying to figure out who was cut. Exhausting.
Anyone else's pet peeve are people who say "impacted"? It just feels like they're minimizing the situation. People got laid off. Say it with your chest.
