@h4 Does this include Sarnia too? At first they said all 100 researchers there are getting severance but seems like they are also getting survey and actually have opportunity to move elsewhere...
Why does it take so long? Give people the money and release them to be successful elsewhere ASAP.
The superiority complex this company now has is incredible.
Any specific info you are looking for? In general, folks in scope have received a mobility survey. They have to end of the month submit their responses. The work councils will look at skills, experience and mobility to match individuals to positions in the new organization. People find out in January whether they have been selected for a position or not. Terminations will be phased over 2026 and 2027, with completion by YE27.
