Apparently, this was sent out in error (which is why it was recalled) and it was only intended for new hires. I mean, we've technically all signed something similar when we started the job (pretty sure this one this one had a lot more stuff than a few years ago). So moral of the story, just do your job and don't be shady and you'll be fine (hopefully).
Show you know nothing about at-will employment without saying it. This has always been the policy for most SF employees. Go do your work.
Most employment is at will in most states. Doesn't really change anything to be honest. The company is trying to focus on customer service and it is the beginning of the year. Do your job well and relax
