@h1 I wonder how the Voice channel is taken up my MSR drivel, along with MnT, by the very MSRs who complain about being 'overwhelmed'. If they didn't spend 30% of their time surfing slack, they'd be able to serve the member better. Yes, 30% is the average we found by enlisting IT to give us timestamps in HR. We cross referenced about 45 employees. They were deemed 'firecrackers' as they only work twice a year, are loud, but have little return for the money spent. The BLUF is slack is a time su---r, not an employee efficiency tool.

@jw uhh, what are of bank are you in? I’m in bank and my team has been on incident calls with IT for the last 3 weeks, 7 days a week. We don’t get overtime either.

@h1 are people actually working 10-12 hour days? At least on the bank side, there’s nothing to do. It’s not just my team.

@OP I'd just like to know how he has time to constantly write the missives that are always on Slack from him, while people have to work 10-12 hour days to get jobs done.

Well on Reddit employees are coming together. Here we are realizing the HR plants. So HR is planting more stories to put us against each other / get employees to say something stupid to terminate with cause.

Most of it stems from the way RTO was implemented. It wasn't across the board. People outside a certain boundary were granted WFH, while others weren't. So you now have the situation where one group is pitted against the other. It was made worse by recent RTO crackdowns.

@a1 OP is talking about the post on Your-Voice around 1pm cst today. I think that dude just purposely wanted to create an uproar with RTO and saying employees are entitled.
