I am just tired working 11 x 5 + 6, no support and everyone above constant questions on status, updates, procedures, is this group involved, did these forms get filled out, oh wait a new procedure to follow drop the one you are in the middle of, oh wait no one has access, this other group forgot to update, wait the excel is not used by the other group, go make a presentation invite 20 people, weekly meeting after meeting just to inform, me (if you have nothing to say why are you here?). Go home, repeat AND USE YOUR OWN TIME TO DO WORK and 0 fcjs given by everyone. EVERYONE afraid to lose their job, micro manage and critical of everything. Resume out

You are painting a broad stroke we my your comments. I not the OP but I start work at or before 8 am and three nights this week I have worked until 8 pm
So if you think people not being at the office means there is no I’ve working at night, you are mistaken.
I noticed you signed with something like, the new Chevron way. That is funny!

Respectfully, it sounds like you are not efficient with your work and tasks. Nor do you properly prioritize work tasks and your time by importance.

Also, the empty office and parking lot by 4 pm daily would beg to differ with your assessment.

I completely stopped working unpaid overtime on a routine basis. Occasionally during testing or deployments I would put in a few hours, but I told them - I’m not available after this select activity . When asked I said I’ll be happy to help you solve this problem ;you created) by interviewing someone to fill the position since it requires more people- but my family and health come first.
If I kept working - the problem for them is masked. I don’t have to solve the problem I didn’t create.

You just need to slow down and be okay with just being one worker. There's only so much you can do and so many hours in a day. It can wait or they can get more people on it if it's really that important.

Ah that would be the sedesco contractors. The main behind head coordination is Juan Monsivais. Fast larva can hardly speak any english let alone he does listen half way conversation he throws a temper tantrum and as--ults women in a different language. Yeah that's your funding you DEI's are support yet more illegal activities.

@OP 💯we’re experiencing the same in my group. And after working out as--s off, through multiple weekends and 9/80s, we don’t even get a thank you. Instead we get questions about status updates and why are you behind on this, that and the other. I plan on quitting with zero notice in two months. Fu-k ‘em. They don’t give two sh--s about us.
