Useless reactive DXC Execs

Its amazing DXC Execs towards the end of each quarter come on call and tell employees "lets finish this quarter strong, keep up the good work". Typical reactive thinking where were you at the beginning and the middle of the qtr, by the end it should be all wrapped up. The approach sums up their reactive thinking on important things like pay and growth. Incapable Execs.

Focused on what? Feels like we’ve lost hold of anything meaningful. Most of the real work has moved elsewhere, and we’re left babysitting ageing systems that need little attention.

At the same time, more restrictions and access controls are being layered on, making it harder and harder to actually do anything useful. Expectations don’t drop, but our ability to deliver does. From the outside, that just looks like we’re not adding value — which then drives even more controls.

Easy to predict how this cycle ends - DXC exit stage left!

What really annoyed me was the cancellation of the town hall meeting because we supposedly needed to stay focused to wrap up the fiscal year. Does a one-hour town hall meeting really distract us so much that we can’t stay focused for the rest of the month?

They get paid handsomely for doing very little. They are slave masters, who take the employees money every year.
