Why Level 3 make 300K in salary plus 25% bonus.
We have too many of them, and they do nothing.
They spent a year talking about how to put the same technology we deployed more than a decade ago.
Then only presenting slides provided by an external vendor.
Not even doing honest work of their own.
Jokers wasting money, not coming up with anything new.
We are doomed. What is our leading technology?

L4 is 26% bonus and L3 is 19%
Just remember who is their daddy.
If you think L3 are useless, you should spend some time with an L4 or L5. Most L3s at least know how to do the L1 job.

L3’s role is to say yes and kiss the bo--y of the L4/5’s whom they worship as Gods and get the L2 ADs to do the actual work. They are all hoping for that next rung on the ladder. Have you never been in these senior level meetings? It’s really disgusting to witness and amazing at how clueless they are. If it weren’t for the L2’s (that mostly ignore that mess) this place would fall apart.
