@OP As Nokia moves into a FLAT ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE like many companies (Meta, Apple, etc.) are doing currently, will managers be demoted and will their salaries be adjusted to a lower job grade role, a it would be a fair thing to do, since they will no longer be working as a manager and this will save the company substantial amount of money?

If cloud RAN hasn't happened in a big way for Nokia (even after all these years), what makes the game of roulette in AI's favor? Is Nokia on it's last leg? Did the Board realize this and allow the slate to be finally cleaned of the old? And now that the top old layers have been cleaned, does it have to dig deeper (at the layers of MN management mainly in Europe) to let the pu-s (infection) be squeezed out as well?
This is very disespectful and If you work for Nokia, you know for sure that such comment, is not part of our culture.
