Anyone know how the VRIFs are being done? By country//line of business/alphabetically? In Canada and still just waiting after being told it was approved. So frustrating. Why are things moving so slowly.

Complete mess, no plans through June? Some stupid idea to give people the same plans they had in Q1 of 2025 for Q1 of 2026. I know at least 10 reps that had huge 2025 plans because of a big renewal, completely unrepeatable in 26, they were stuck with the same plan for Q1 of 26. Production is by far the biggest mess, no one has a clue in that group, and Office is not far behind. I'm still missing like 70% of my accounts in salesforce, and I don't have a list of my machines. Everyone keeps telling me it's fixed. don't know what they are talking about
@h3 What?! In the US too? Is this why Xerox reps are trying claim jump XITS deals?
Are you seriously saying the only Xerox employees with a functioning comp plan in North America are XITS?
This is fu--ing madness. Why would anybody sell anything for no money? How is this legal?
I am misunderstanding you, please elaborate.
Then sales people need to be paid 100% of their salary instead of the 60/40 split or 83/17 split. Half of the year is gone and no plan? Hahahah! That is beyond laughable. What a sh!thole company with loser leaders.
@gh Spot on, exactly the same in the U.S.
@gf So, every salesperson in Canada is working for hourly, with no commission being accrued until a new comp plan is set? How is that even possible?
@ef yes!! 100% accurate.
@cm What? Is this for real?
VRIFFFFFF…..🤐
@cm Sales staff need to recognize that they will be sc--wed and the numbers are completed the problem is senior management is trying how to break the news. Sales staff should commissions cut between 20-30% at the min with additional restrictions on what volume is required before commission is earned.
We need every penny to pay the JV and our debt instead of paying out commission on sales.
I’m not sure how to create a post, so I’m commenting here. I’m surprised no one has mentioned that salespeople (not sure if this is worldwide or just Canada) aren’t getting paid commission right now. Apparently, there’s no plan in place, so they can’t be paid on the sales they made. The only exception is that they can voluntarily enter a draw for 50% of the commission until the plans roll out in June. It’s the second day of June, and there’s still no announcement!
The VRIFs are being done very, very slowly. And it is dependent on your manager and your HRBP. In the UK a few people have already left (after notification on May 14th) and lots and lots if us are still waiting as the managers are doing nothing apart from polishing slides. LP said they were going to be done this program with empathy and consideration but that is a lie right there. I bet if you emailed him (he did say he wants to hear from employees) he wouldn’t have the cajones to shake those poor managers into action or make sure everything was effectively communicated. Bottom line employees are not people they are numbers.
Still waiting in Canada as well. Finding it hard to stay motivated to do my job knowing it is ending but not knowing when
Did they tell what your last day would be? You may not hear until then
