@gf Was it only the customer care team or other departments too?
@fw yeah, I was one of them. Wish they would get rid of higher cost managers who do almost nothing and get paid much more .
@ft - True! The Estero team in Customer Care got let go. I think out of a team of 12 that 8 were laid off.
