Everyone in Engineering and tech roles are working 12+ hrs, Manu are working 16 hrs, and no one is giving appreciation even once. Except they want us to work more, this is unethical, and looks like they want us to leave before they do mass layoff

Thats easier said than done for some. WU as does other Employers know its a stagnant job market right now. So they will continue to take advantage squeeze what they can put of employees and those employees will fall in line because they need their job. And if they don't fall in line all the better. Out the door without a package. Then they can pile on more work to whoever is left.
Oh my, they have chained you to your desks and refuse to let you free until you've worked a bunch of uncompensated overtime, day after day?
