EH only knows the past and the romance of what used to be. He keeps sorry leaders like JK in NA. He allows racism, s-xism and flat our favoritism to be supported. The bringing back of all the old guard who were let go for a reason should be an indicator to all that he doesnt know what he is doing. Win Now is not winning at all especially with who he chooses to continue to support. The old playbook is back from a strategy and leadership. Good ole boys club and most of us are not in it.

How did we make short term thinking a strategy?
@g8 employees are indeed entitled. They are entitled to work in an environment that is safe from leaders that are toxic. The problem is that HR and Legal are under the same blanket. Literally covering eachother up from head to toe. There are so many people in their own orgs that are afraid to speak up because they know they will have a target on their back. At what point does it stop? How much longer can we allow these toxic so called leaders to continue abuse their employees while HR hides all of it? It’s become a disgrace! I’m surrounded by people that are documenting their entire day and that says enough! #legal #hr #toxic #secrets
Suffering from strategy focusing on virtue signaling and past leadership promotions on DEI. It will take years to course correct. Need to go back to focusing on just making epic sh-t. Nothing else matters.

@am I would actually say this is the only place that employees can actually complain and also see what some of their colleagues are saying. It really is the only safe place to vent because we all know that Nike HR and the speak up portal are an absolute joke!! the fact that you are on this website expecting to see rainbows and butterflies is hysterical! You must be one of the brown nosing, b***lickers that is somebody’s favorite! You have nothing to worry about because that’s how Nike leadership works.
People coming here to defend Nike are a joke. Probably the toxic ones that don’t have anything to do but stay safe for some reason.
