At least until spring. Does this seem suspicious to anyone else?

@g6 leadership caring about morale over shareholder value? not reality, sorry. We are all just a number on a ledger for the bottom line, dehumanized by the C-suite, as long as their massive bonuses keep coming we will continue to be outsourced and let go. Been around a long time... it will never stop.
maybe we can have some du mb du mb company like info sys. bring back the lost customers. Some use less comapny which can't help anyway in terms of keeping cutomers. Yes we gonna do in the ind ia bi t ch company. something cool is going to happy across telco. something good an un holy...yes we gonna love it

@g6 it never stopped them in the past. They've been doing it for a few years now. Everyone knew it was a bad time to do it but leadership did not care.
With service levels during iconic and holidays they probably dont want to swap people around to new managers in the middle of it. Hence spring is better, but I get it... it could be a layoff for year end. I can't see then doing a layoff though until early next year due to morale issues.
I hope it is.
Leadership in Customer Care doesn't know what they're doing. This shouldn't seem like a surprise to anyone at this point.
