The end to end leasing platform is FIS Asset Finance.
@h0 no its not, if you search the 125 page official FIS 2025 annual report there is no specific mention of Ambit and no mention at all of this products revenue as the original poster suggested. On page 17 there is a sentence saying FIS have an end to end leasing platform. Thats it.

@fv yeah logos are a consideration, but the software industry has a well used approach to end of life products, notice to the clients, support for a defined period, but perhaps less or no further upgrades so use the software as-is (freeze development)
FIS inherited Ambit via SunGard acquisitions, never been a priority
Ambit Asset Finance is a niche product line rather than a major pillar of FIS - so definitely not a strategic asset.
Also, there is no separate reported revenue line for Ambit Asset Finance in FIS financial disclosures, which is the biggest clue - if it were material, investors would normally see it called out as a segment/product category.
So yes an obvious target for rationalisation.
Not true at least not yet. Too much at stake with big logos.

Which kind of news are those? Why will the whole team be shut down? I know they failed badly to deliver, but they lost critical and smart people; only their puppet CTO is left.
That would be a very unintelligent plan considering the logos AAF services.
