I can already see how they have zero plan for transition. McKinsey pulled all the strings on what and how to cut and our feckless executives have zero plan on how work will continue. Why the F do we pay them over $200MM for this sh-t? Yes, over $200MM! Honestly, it’s a rinse a repeat from the last restructuring except much deeper. What a waste of money, time and our focus on bringing in revenue. Bell ends, tools and all that, etcetera, etcetera.

Just hide out, collect a check and do the bare minimum.
@fx ABU IT was absolutely gutted - 60% or so. Not sure about other functions.
What I do know is that there’s been quite a few resignations after Wave 1 from those who were selected.
@c5 as usual, ABU the most entitled org gets away unharmed. I’m sure they’ll still find something to complain about.
ABU generally reprieved compared to the rest of the organization.
@b2 just replace the executives with an AI ELT bot. We’d have the same or better results.
As a survivor of the first wave, I can honestly tell you it gets no better. McKinsey sold them on this mess and now we are living it. Ah, the good old days when leadership actually made decisions and led. No more, welcome to McChevron where the new org is like everything Mckinsey touches, over inflated, false expectations, huge gaps everywhere and leadership that has no choice but continuing to listen to them. Why not just fire all the executives and save a ton of money continuing to let Mckinsey run things??
🗑️🔥💯
From a wave 1 survivor, welcome to the sh!tshow! A complete disaster for us for a couple months now. Horrific leadership at this company! Also I agree a bunch of bell ends!
