Bloomington Minnesota is being closed asap because upper management doesn't like the local union activities and activism.

@fw Lumen deal might be delayed. Washington has yet to approve.

Timing seems to work well with the Lumen MM purchase. Originally wanted it done by end of March 2026... there is momentum for it to be done by December 8th!
