The info about report of positions impacted when you receive your signed severance document , it includes a list of positions, age, 1 or 0 if impacted, 1 or 0 if not impacted
At the end of your 60 days, you will receive an email of your severance agreement and at the end there will be a line item report for every position in your organization, by title, by individuals age, and whether they were impacted. Example:
Position. Age Impacted Not Imp
Scrum Master Sr. 32 0 1
Scrum Master Sr. 45 1 0
Scrum Master Sr. 50 1 0
@ca what’s your title?
@gj Job Accommodation Request
what's meant by JAR? I read all the comments but couldn't make it what the heck this means.

@fs not everyone lives in a low cola region, you’ve got remote workers living in higher cost metro regions in the northeast and elsewhere…. If they seem out of whack compared to SA, PHX, etc, it’s bc that’s what you have to pay talent who doesn’t want to live in a place that’s like the devils butthole in summer.
Are those Lead titles business roles or software engineer roles? God help us if we are paying business analyst or scrum masters that much.
Some of these lead salaries are insane
Consequence of long tenure + merit raises every year
No wonder they’re doing layoffs
I’m really sorry for those impacted because it’ll be hard to make that number at another job

From who I know (analyst worker ants only - half my team gone), tenure ranges from 5 years to 22 years, average to high production, good to excellent quality scores, ages range from mid 20's to mid 50's, includes Remote, Hybrid and In-Office, Analyst 1 and 2, all salaries were under $100k (many not even close). There seemed to be no common thread to those laid off.
The question I have, does anyone know if any Military Vet was part of the layoffs?

@cc also some jobs just pay more. And when you’re getting 3-5% pay bumps after 15 years…those add up
I really hope you folks are including bonus in your total comp because otherwise they let go of some folks making way too much.
@OP there had been someone who had posted there was a trend the last few years of what kind of employee was targeted for layoffs. It does look like we have a lot in common.

@bp yeah, there are BPOs on the team who truly do nothing and have a JAR for remote work and get paid more than the lower paid, hard workers on their team. Gets along with management, no FMLA. In fact I'm not seeing any patterns as to who has been laid off in our area for the last year, despite what others are assuming on here. Make it make sense.

Yeah, my mid $80k is truly a financial decision when the Sr on my team makes north of $125k and our director makes almost $200k.
