Waves have been happening. If it hasn’t happened in your organization doesn’t mean it isn’t happening elsewhere.

Keep in mind that layoffs will probably continue throughout 2026 as leadership continues to review roles and job duties and eliminate duplication and workflows that are not critical to keeping the company focused.

In addition IT, Development, Finance and other teams leadership have been told to look at job duties that can be transitioned from higher costing regions (US, Canada, Western Europe) into lower costing regions (Cebu and India).

Just Leave already. Do it with dignity.
No reason to stay. Zero people.

Everyone should be long gone by now.

You have known about this for years.

@OP yes. End of Feb. currently slated but cash on hand is basically nothing. So could be sooner. Mostly Webster based staff I heard. Hope not though.

For all those long term employees in the UK, time to take the plunge - take the money, go get another job or if you are old enough, just retire early.

Last chance offer, before the company goes bankrupt.

@OP Steve is sending out the Jelly of the Month subscriptions now for all employees. But he is looking at a new Aston Martin Vantage Roadster for his gift.

If they were smart (well) they would do 8000 in December to have a clean start to 2026. But they will continue to f up everything they do.

@OP I don't see how it can wait that long. They are trying to get an Intellectual Property backed loan for $500M just to make payroll. With their credit rating that is su----e.
