Am I reading this correctly that we set up a new subsidiary in the UK just so we could file our bankruptcy case there for better shareholder protections?

I wondered when someone was going to post about this. Doesn’t look too great now, does it? At least Kosta got his golden parachute after steering the ship straight into the iceberg. Gotta hand it to him though — no one wore a neck sweater better while the company burned.
It’s going to get tragic before it gets better. Not enough energy in the room.
