@j6 no, this is hybrid mode is calculated weekly not monthly. So after two full weeks of PTO you just need to go for only 3 days on next week.

Sabre is an Indian company now. Ex-Sabre American here and I always liked and respected my colleagues in KRK. But BLR and the H 1 Bs are a blight. But that is the Indian way, infect, promulgate, discriminate until you have taken over.

the last, most desirable benefit is gone… I have no idea how they want to keep people at Sabre. There are other companies in KRK that offer the same salary and a hybrid work model but have much better financial prospects

  1. Removal of the additional 24 remote working days that could be used during the year, which were originally introduced as an adjustment to comply with legal regulations in Poland.
  2. Complete removal of the extended hybrid model.
  3. Change in the interpretation of sick leave and PTO. From now on, these will be treated as remote working days.
  4. Introduction of strict regulations, effectively prohibiting moving from the office to home during the working day.
