KRK folks - what's your opinion about yesterday's email regarding changes to WFH allowance? I'm pi---d off

Stop pu--y footing around and just tell everyone that there's no more WFH.
Get more babies. You'll have full remote till age of 4
However, if you are sick or on PTO on Monday and Tuesday, you must be in the office for all other days of that week.
@j6 no, this is hybrid mode is calculated weekly not monthly. So after two full weeks of PTO you just need to go for only 3 days on next week.
@ap thanks, point 3 is savage. You go on two weeks pto and you had to go two weeks straight to office
@fg All good as long as they cause White garbage to cry and rant. Lol
Indian IT Imports=Somalian Approaches in MN
@ax I’d say resign ASAP to the point where that European location is viable to maintain for Sabre.
@bf Perfect !!. Chef’s kiss to that.
@eq The fact that you are no longer an employee and still hang out on this forum clearly suggests you have no life at all. You can cry and rant all you want. No one cares :D.
Sabre is an Indian company now. Ex-Sabre American here and I always liked and respected my colleagues in KRK. But BLR and the H 1 Bs are a blight. But that is the Indian way, infect, promulgate, discriminate until you have taken over.
wow....concerned about how the blood bath will be in US side now! Anyone know?
This is definately a ply to avoid layoff publicity. Come on, in the end we know 95% will be in BLR
it kind of feels like remote people might become persona non grata in the near future 🙂
@ax Encouraging people to quit by removing benefits is probably the objective.
the last, most desirable benefit is gone… I have no idea how they want to keep people at Sabre. There are other companies in KRK that offer the same salary and a hybrid work model but have much better financial prospects
- Removal of the additional 24 remote working days that could be used during the year, which were originally introduced as an adjustment to comply with legal regulations in Poland.
- Complete removal of the extended hybrid model.
- Change in the interpretation of sick leave and PTO. From now on, these will be treated as remote working days.
- Introduction of strict regulations, effectively prohibiting moving from the office to home during the working day.
and whats in the email?
