Already happening-I am one-after close to 20 years and disciplinary action. Several divisions are laying off. Funny they are not announcing to the street because the stock is in the tank!

@j7 what's to be anxious about? This is the same old song and dance Fiserv does every year. It's not new. No matter the title or the grade level, all employees are dispensable to the company. This year will be worse due to awful quarterly earnings, pending lawsuit and trying to move the needle in the right direction. Yeah the CEO can say "lay offs won't fix the issue" but when push comes to shove he answers to the Board. So instead of being anxious or searching for legit answers on an anonymous board that's literally a joke, why don't you help yourself and do something about your situation? Its not easy, its not fun, but what's the alternative? Being miserable at a company who'd toss you aside without a second thought? Ask yourself the hard questions and build a path forward...lest you be a FiServant for the rest of your days.

@d6 self assessment doesn't matter cause leadership already knows who they want out and mostly the ones they will lay off are the ones that were willing to do the work but they refused to train properly or leadership refuses to take accountability for being horrible managers.
Either way if you are laid off from this sh-t hole it's a blessing.

@cr always at the bottom but they should be focusing on the leaders that brought this current disaster to us. Drain the swamp and get some new leaders in with fresh ideas. Need leadership that actually cares about the employees!
