In 2026, many jobs will be transferred to a new low cost hub in Grand Forks North Dakota.

Segregated communities. realtors will steer you to buy in communities of your ethnic background.

Agree Richardson is good spot but disagree on the commute. Traffic is awful when you leave downtown. Can always count on 1-2 wrecks per day. You can also bank on some white dude with a horrible beard driving a F-150 riding your #ss a few times a week during your commute too. Other than that, it's great.

Agree. Good enough commute and you can still get something for your money in Richardson. Never thought I would like it here but do.

“I moved here with kids. It was a transition but now the kids love it here. People are friendly, especially for a big city.”

I had the same experience. My kids got settled into their new schools pretty quickly.

And the commute is minimal. Not to mention you can avoid paying the tolls on DNT.
