Don’t see the OP mentioned anything about race. Just H1Bs taking our jobs. We’ve had enough.

The bar is lower for H1-B and offshore. They install a product and maintain it, then act like they developed it. Leadership goes on and on about the innovation, but it’s just operations at the end of the day.

Transformers… more than meets the eye.
Trading people for margin. And then adding vendors. Some transformation. I’m old enough to remember when our leaders talked about employee retention, doing what’s right, and ‘transforming the health of our community.’
Now it’s ‘Transforming the morale of our company 300-500 people at a time’ (just a guess because there’s zero transparency).
