@1m7 Yes at Engines in phx.I think around the 2010 or maybe 2011 time frame.
@1fw Just curious where this layoff happened. In Aero Phoenix I never remember any Directors or above get axed. They just move around a lot in order to get promotions.
I have seen a director layoff his entire direct reports ( ie managers) and then they layed him off. Rare, yes but it has indeed happened, Also seen a VP demoted to SR manager and moved to entirely different SBU.
I like boots
@fz most of us do beach time and margaritas while working. Think like a boss
Wait, burning it all to the ground and retiring to a resort in Mexico is an option? Why didn't anyone tell me sooner? Think of all the beach time and margaritas I've missed trying to do my job!

@dw So your saying that the "Glitch" in payroll will be fixed and it will work itself out naturally ? That is a good way to have someone set the building on fire and then skedaddle to a Mexican resort ! /S
most of them gotvthe boot in 2016 and nobody noticed that they didnt leave
Nope, I worked there many years and never saw a manager or above get laid off. It's always targeting the regular workers. Time after time over 30 plus years.
And will only help the business be more successful
