Honeywell. Company is going role by role and assessing the roles in new company. I’m assuming this is the whole entire aerospace Business. Like production plants. If I’m wrong, can you tell me?
So in other words, it’s gonna affect all segments of the aerospace business, and these people are gonna be notified today. I wonder if they give out grape Kool-Aid before they tell you the bad news.
Announcements made today is the rumor. Have specific teams been impacted?

The corporate free ride isn’t really free. It’s non value added but in a toxic environment of paper pushing. Tough on employees and then they have nothing meaningful on their CV except “I worked long hours”

Yep just got word I’m part of the next layoff. Or stupid RIF, whatever they’re calling it now.
I have some time to prepare but this is stupid. All I hear leaders talk about is how easy it is to lay people off.

Last October I stopped logging on my HON computer all day except to log my work hours. I don't read or respond to emails either. I did set up out of office with a until Nov 25, 2026. I'm amazed no one has noticed my on-line absence.

why do people stay at this company
I am chef in Charlotte and was told to look for other other opportunities. They thought they were funny when I left HR and they said No soup for you. I think I'll sue.
