This! They seem to see everything in rose colored glasses while they sh-t on process.
It is a paid award . Relax . Quality has not improved . It is owned by a private equity . Can it ever be a good place to work ? Bonuses are all time low , people are over worked , getting heart attacks/ ailments . Stock for only Directors + . Good riddance
The employees in India are so fearful of being fired that they respond positively to everything. Same reason the peakon scores are so high, if people were truthful and posted their real opinions, this place would be a 1-star company.
