Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

After blowing billions on stock buybacks just to prop up a falling share price, ja--ing up operating expenses with five day RTO, and watching business conditions worsen, leadership is now hinting bonuses may be impacted. Shocking.

Someone has to pay for the new kingdom. It clearly isn’t leadership.

Higher costs, zero stock appreciation, no measurable upside from RTO, and now employees get stuck with a weak bonus or none at all. Same work, more expense, less reward.

This is the pattern. Bad decisions get papered over with buybacks and spin, and when the bill comes due, employees pay it. I’d be shocked if bonuses aren’t disappointing this year. And leadership will act surprised again.

Down another 1.5%! Granted 1.5% of zero is zero, but the slide continues and the Bozo at the top stays the course.

If any of us were as much of a failure we’d be gone that day!

Not one penny in T stock and I am up 14.82% YTD. T is a joke on all fronts.

Stock was just downgraded to a Sell rating as well. With a price target of $20. That’s the street, not someone on the layoff saying that. Google it.

Remember, in a room with Einstein, DaVinci, and God -- Stankey will declare himself the smartest.

It’s sad but if you have one penny of your 401k in our stock you are committing financial su----e.

And now our leaders will spend over a billion dollars on a combination of the world’s most boring summer camp/plush minimum security prison. This from a company whose brand promise is supposedly that our products can connect people so that you don’t need to build something like this.

@a5 we could have built fiber across the entire country for a fraction of the price of these blunders and already been done by now. Instead we just burned that money and are saddled with debt. This is a total failure and the board is complicit.

No change will happen. Even when the 💩 Stink "retires" he will be brought back for millions a year just like Ratty.

Stink 💩 should never had been put in this position, and the buy high, sell low, "mergers" would never had occurred and $200B would still be in the Shareholder pockets.

The BoD needs to go just as much as the Stink does.
