Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

They’re back at it!

Adding to the Walmart orders again before Christmas when they said they wouldn’t be doing it anymore. All my orders jumped by 50-70 cases, locked in. Who’s doing it? There’s a mystery right there. Everyone prepare to be miserable sorting through pallets of 250-350 cases, working in crowded stores and leaving a cr-p ton of backstock

@ew WM order writing will never be accurate due to the huge amount of online business they do. They should have a spot in the back room for the top 10-15 online items and have the pickers pull from there. It’s impossible to manage the shelf correctly with the current system.

Cao orders and merchandisers writing orders. If reps wrote orders shelves would be full but this company decided to make this bs structure

@bx they wouldn’t be blown out if the professional sales rep was ordering only , not some bullsh-t cao order , why not just have cao orders in all stores and hire only merch to work them , then every order would be perfect and shelf’s would be full with no backstock , and Santa is real ,and tooth fairy exists ..

They really need to bump those CAO orders up because I’m seeing blown out shelves in every Walmart I’ve been in Christmas shopping in Pittsburgh
