I don’t understand how they are getting away with this when all Medicaid contracts prohibit offshoring PII and PHI.
Why is no one talking to the media, news outlets, etc. regardless of your political party, beliefs , etc? Anyone who is RIFd must sign a NDA. They don't want anyone discussing all their wrong doing inside EH and especially to the public. Many are aware of companies offering jobs, but the majority have no idea their PHI,PPI, etc. information has been shared to overseas countries. They just know they speak to foreigners when they call customer service. If you want the public to know what EH is doing, go ahead and call your local radio/TV stations to make them aware, send letters or e- mails to your local, state & government officials and see if anything is willing to follow-up and share the information . Don't forget all the social media platforms. Good luck!

@ep She is probably going in person to negotiate her kickback for offshoring more jobs. Bribery and kickbacks are big business in India.
@OP so the CEO has to go on a scouting trip to find sweatshop locations ( not a vacation or sight seeing trip). She personally has to inspect the situation but cannot be bothered to actually speak to an associate directly at the line level? Interesting.

She is not answerable to anyone… she has the board in her pocket and all the jobs will be done either by Idians onshore or Idians offshore.. soon one day she will be replaced by a I**dian too.. Nothing wrong with that too, as long as the guy is qualified.. but sending so many layoffs onshore while keep hiring offshore and then keep getting those hefty bonuses for her and her team is wrong.

That loyalty was lost in this generation, especially since so many remaining staff are 1st generation citizens.
Think about it, they dont have stories of what happened to grandpa in the mines or building the dam.
