Who is responsible for racking up big bills for buying electronic components? Bad project management or incompetent engineering?

@ve Useless and clueless project managers waste time and resources. They fail to understand their work scope and slow down progress. It’s better to cut them from the team to save costs and improve efficiency.
NB Wireline has good engineers, but pathetic middle management. Get rid of the useless project managers, they are replaceable.
