Just read that Home Depot did a layoff and had an RTO of 5 days a week.......do we think Fiddelke will announce an RTO? I could see it happening as a way to continue eliminating roles rather than doing mass layoffs????

@es How far up in leadership? Last time I think they were surprised when there were edicts from on high.
Heard directly from leadership that hybrid flexibility is NOT going away and no changes to current RTO policy
@bk And kidnapped within their own stores.
Yeah let’s force everyone back to the office while black and brown people are being kidnapped off the street. Read the fu--ing room.
Feels pretty likely at this point.
RTO is the last thing they should be worrying about! Time to clean house with the c-suite folks that have zero idea how to do their jobs. Start there. People that bring up RTO topics are just bitter.
With the current climate and all the backlash right now Target would be making a big mistake to bring their employees back. There will be a lot more negative press and a lot of unhappy team members. MF is already taking over a mess.
Highly likely. It probably won't be full 5 days to start, but will likely be an enforced 3 or 4 days starting out would be my best guess.
Well that will ramp up my efforts to leave.
Based on the trolls bringing back dead threads to comment about working in office, something is up. They may be mad he isn't, or gleeful he is. Kind of odd.
Either way, Target is alienating their customers and their staff. Not a winning formula.
I honestly could see it. My team has gotten more stricted with being in office and heard rumors that the interns were being tracked with badge swipes, maybe to prepare for us...
