The very best article on how our arrogant ceo failed and still being allowed to destroy us. A must read. I heard my boss was recognized today on a internal town hall for (from Jayson) “there are also those who should never been been given the title manager in the first place, because they bend, and they sell out their crews just to protect themselves “

Someone is really overselling this thing. The guy basically has nothing good to say about ANY manager. He has had other posts bashing his chain of command. Have no idea how he still has a job.

When you say you have "No idea how he still has a job".
I believe you. That is what a small mind is most capable of.
@fj ......or "lose" it either.

Dang. The autocorrect Police show up yet again.
I assure you I will separate from the company when I want to, with the money I want to have.
Can you say that?
Check this post for typos.
It will find you no favor, as you are just a number to the company and you need this job to stay afloat financially.
Best of luck.

I applaud the guy, I really do…but I can’t believe the VP of his org hasn’t gotten a tap on the shoulder yet saying this guy needs to go away.

Might be because the VP of his org enjoys his high 6 digit salary plus stock options, and doesn't want to loose it because of a NLRB investigation.
Only reason this dude is still around is his Union protection. Management would be gone in a heart beat."
Union isn't protecting anyone. If they wanted him gone, he'd be gone.

Maybe. But it would cost a lot of money do so, since he has done his homework. If he gets fired,a lot of "managers" are rightfully getting the axe also.

@b1 They have tried to get rid of him several times. He’s filed legal action against the company and each time they’ve settled prior to going to court. Company knows they are in the wrong. Now, there is precedent and it easily could be retaliation.

Now imagine if you didn't know labor law or have the stones to fight AT&T?

Maybe because he does his job well and as no tolerance for corporate Lies. Just a guess.
You can have some stones, and speak truth to power, or be a meek little weasel and tell lies to other weasels hoping to gain their favor.

At what level of "leadership" should the buck stop?
I'll tell you now, the C Suite accepts no responsibility.
Therefore it is for lower level "management yes men" to take the blame. As Stankey said, it is you,and you, and you.
Jayson knew he would be attacked by company sycophants.
Thank you for providing truth to such claims.
Dude has massive cojones.
