Our floor was being renovated in ATL- Lenox so TSC Leadership allowed us to work from home 2 days a week while renovation was being completed until December 1st. Porter visited ATL and reiterated it.
Today we get an email that they finished early so back to 5 days on Monday! “We know this is short notice and you may need to make some adjustments to your schedule”. What a joke. Don’t ever let AT&T tell you they care about you.

I’m in Lenox and we’ve been 5x for almost a year. You’re lucky you got as long as you did. No it still doesn’t make any sense even after nearly a year. We are still on Teams calls all day with no FTF meetings. It’s still just a waste of time.

@an Who said it was WFH? Most of us continued to go into the office as soon as they reopened. The only reason it was only 3 days mandatory was bc there wasn't enough room in a new city. I wouldn't say I'm thankful for being assigned to a new city.

Many are going to have to adjust their plans to not come from the week of Thanksgiving to the end of the year. Happy Holidays!
Happened a lot with Lenox. Be there 5 days a week in March. No wait, make that June. No, oops, probably by end of August. Yeah, you'll have until probably Thanksgiving. Be there starting a week from Monday. Yep. That's final.
Groups were told they'd have through the end of the year to begin new reporting days and locations; that's almost always edited to something closer to 'before the end of the year,' and more likely anytime closer to now but defintely well before the end of the year. All those people who were told end of 2025 actually saw RTO and relocations starting 2/25.
I told teammates as soon as any date was given, expect that they can change at any point, and it will be updated to "a week from Monday," and those announcements almost always come on a Thursday.
