If you are thinking about leaving, leave! This MC is making a ton of bad decisions and the titanic known as Fiserv is taking on water. Find your lifeboat and get out. It is only a matter of time and I assure you, they do not value you or your knowledge. And at this stock price.... decision is a lot easier.

@ek Fiserv only promote and retain Indians; the non honest nor highly skilled ones. It's why even for American side it is Indian too. The Americans who are there are washed up and contribute to the cuckery at the company. The place is not representative of reality even in fintech. Just legacy company that buys and makes products rotten.
99% chance you are not top tier. Kindly eat a di-k.

I have been in the work trade for many years and witnessed many dumpster fires in my time: IBM under John Akers in 1992, Ursula Burns wrecking Xerox, the he-l of Computer Science Corp and others. If you find another job - go for it. Fiserv WAS a fine place to work, not any more. If you cannot find a job right away - hunker down, protect your money and your health and keep looking. Remember a job hunt has always been a hundred repetition of NO followed by one YES.

The entire job market is a dumpster right now. If the job market was even just decent, you’d see this company completely collapse, everyone even somewhat competent who doesn’t have an H1B tied to this place would be gone and the duct tape holding the services together would fall off.
