@ek A lot of the stuff you’re asking for help with you can Google and get three solutions for in a nanosecond. That’s pretty much what IT does 70% of the time anyway.

Which part of IT. Several parts of it is a house of cards. Starts with a C and ends with an X. I’m asked weekly what this person does or this one. I have no idea. No idea who they effect in a positive way?
@OP why haven’t we outsourced your role yet, based on the intelligence of your post should be easy enough to get some low cost worker to replace you

Maybe because someone knowledgeable on this has looked at it and only outsources what made sense. Thanks OP for another tiresome post based on the assumption that everyone else’s job is trivial.
For IT Ops maybe. Having 100% outsourced IT supporting business apps, digital solutions, data platforms, Vantage, remote ops, etc…. Trust me. You don’t want this outsourced.
