many are quitting - let alone the layoffs!

looks like OT should offer a voluntary redundancy round - they'd get a few more takers for sure! Maybe write a book on it.

@k9 all OpenText knows to do is acquire companies on the decline, invest nothing into them and layoff employees. Changing that will require a complete overhaul.

Not surprised ...they did a wave 1st week of July in 2023, 2024 2025..sooo at least they are consistent.
They only have one lever they know how to use, it's all they know how to do ...sadly.
The company is doomed.

If they actually offered a voluntary redundancy round right now, the exodus would likely be so large they’d have to shut the lights off in Waterloo themselves.
