The best move here is to not fill this out, correct?

The survey is not anonymous. They can tell who answers by individual because your location is listed and if you are an HHHH.
I did. I gave my honest feedback. If they want to lay me off, then it is what it is.
I would answer the survey. Be professional but share your concerns. If all are honest, we might be heard.
Our department manager warned us to base our responses on our personal team experiences rather than on the company as a whole so our direct managers will look better. Oh ya and that if you rate 9 or lower it doesn't really count because its considered a more neutral response, so we were encouraged to mark 10s across the board. Take that as you will.
I remember the survey after the initial RTO mandate, when it was any three days of your choosing.
Of course, reactions were overwhelmingly negative. So what did they do? "You said you wanted greater consistency and accountability so we are now mandating two anchor days"
Yep, I'm sure that was an accurate reflection of employee sentiments and this change was exactly what everyone hoped.
Offshore Europe took my onshore manager. What a way to signal the future for us USA folks. wrote that in there
This was passe months ago. Work on some original material if you'd like to be a "comedian".
@cc
I did that on last year’s survey and was laid off in April. I wasn’t exactly planning to be laid off but I was expecting it.
Is that you Ms Stevens?
I filled it out and am VRP the end of September. The ELT pushed most VRP to leave 9/27. A PBM VP lied yesterday and said they were phasing everyone out through December. They can’t even tell the truth about financials being so bad that they need to get people off the books asap. It’s such a sh-tshow.
@cc for the question “do you recommend Cigna to friends…” I also said there are no more positions to recommend due to the huge HIH office…
I gave honest feedback saying that morale is low, there are too many layoffs, and offshoring is hurting our US employees. I can only hope that I'm flagged as a troublemaker and am laid off. Fingers crossed.
I do, and I throw everyone under the bus 🚌 beep beep
I've tried that for several years. I won't do it again.
My recommendations haven't and aren't going to be acted upon. And we don't even get the full results; instead we get a few carefully manufactured bullet points that the SLT wants to share.
For these reasons, I'm out.
I did. I was honest.
