@f6 if MSAT scores were this bad, our entire ftontline would be terminated. But somehow, these results are acceptable with the BoD, EC, and HR. 3 of the 4 were deep in the negative. How do these clowns in EMG talk themselves into believing this is good? Oh yeah, they DON'T care. They get paid a lot to fleece our E2s and E3s, and have golden parachutes when they fail miserably.

@eb you'd think throwing darts should get us 'in line' with industry. Somehow USAA became a negative outlier on Leadership.

This is eye opening but at the same time not surprising. Time will tell if anyone with the power to make a change cares. Show this to the bank president first. He thinks everything is fine.
