Corp Risk on Jan 20

Buckle up, it’s coming. And the chosen few will get lower ratings to destroy their bonus amounts too.

@ea not everyone with an officer title has a requirement for a notice period. Assistant Vice President does not, I believe it starts at VP level.

@dq you misread that email that went out. the bonus requirement about not being on a notice period on deposit day to receive a bonus only applies to voluntary resignations, ie. you put in your resignation and are subject to a notice period which as of last year everyone with an officer title is subject to 30+ days depending on title. if the company lays you off you are still eligible even if on a non working period when the check hits on 2/13. read the email, the policy doc it links to, and apply some critical thinking skills. y'all need to stop spreading false info.

If you get noticed on January 20th you are not getting a bonus in February.

Prior to the holidays, an email came out saying that anyone noticed before the actual check pay out would be ineligible to receive any bonus amount.

Not happening. It seems 40% of tech workers will be fired for bad performance.
