Please State Farm, pay us to leave! I've been here 30 years and do not even need a years pay or the enhanced severance plan which has a maximum of 78 weeks pay! I would take 6 months worth of pay which is basically what UPS is doing for its 20,000 people. Find the reta-ds that still want to work here and let the rest of us go. Go out and finish hiring that 2040 workforce but please please please stop the torture. I hate this company and any and everything it stands for. Please understand that your workforce is not going to do anything to help you when you torture and bully them. It is just better to start over a new! Executive you have absolutely no credibility left so stop trying with the huddle points, special announcements, 3-year plans to torture, or any other drama and attempt to f-ck with the workforce. Do what you are going to do and get it over with. F-ck off seriously!

Naaa, I'm saving it for when I do retire or get fired! Just a nice nest egg plus the value of it goes up every year. I take my time as I hit my maximum so that is plenty. I just want these worthless ba----ds to write me a check to leave, the principle of it! If they would offer it to the masses 50%-60% of people would walk out the door! I have peers that have been here 2-3 years that are only making 65K that would walk for about a month or two of severance!
@ea I agree things aren’t good at all, but why are you hanging onto all that PTO? Take two straight weeks off if you haven’t in years. You should’ve requested it off a year ago though because now you won’t get it until the end of next year lmao
CS- Injury. 95K depending on EIP! I also have a ton of Legacy PTO and about 5 weeks regular PTO. After tax, I would walk away with about 45-50K! Not a ton but enough to leave this place. Paid off house and car, no debt! 30 years of pension and a decent 401K. It would be more just fun money or pad my nest egg! Price of exit SF is very low!
Alright, so what's your salary like now and your title?
