Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

DXE Post??

What happened to the "Corrupt DXE..." post? Great post - very informative, detailed, & with references. Some good responses as well.

Did an administrator pull the post? Or, one of the leaders that was called out? My concern is that OP, who was laid off last week, pulled the post out of fear of losing his/her severance.

@e5 no, it stands for Digital Experience & Engagement. It's the team responsible for Web, Mobile, Call Center, Communications and related experiences.

If you focus on actions and decisions instead of names, looks, or personalities, you’ll usually be able to share hard truths without getting your post taken down.

This applies to any social platform, including Glassdoor. If it’s online, you can bet HR will read it, but they don’t have the power to remove posts. They can only flag content that breaks platform rules or laws.

So if you want your post to stay up, keep it within the platform’s rules - which usually means no insults, personal attacks, or naming non-public figures (basically anyone below C-suite level).

The fact that Humana hasn't sued the sh*t out of Centene for all the non-solicits breaches is comical. It's caused an "Us" vs "Them" environment and I've seen promotions to ex Humana employees handed out like hot cakes.

You can google why leaders allow cronyism and post it here to get deleted and nothing will change.

DXE = Data Exchange Engineering (rolls up under Susan Moon ... you know because Brian LeClaire didn't create an entire layer to bring in his friends from Humana).

For those of us that do not know what the DXE issue was, can someone fill us in?

I saw the post, but by the time I clicked on it, I received a "page not found" error. I would love to see it, or if anyone would paraphrase it, that works too.

Maybe take that same energy to Glassdoor and put out the word on other professional sites. I’ve worked at some dysfunctional companies, but this one might just take the cake.

People deserve to know what they are walking into, and definitely what they are a part of.

I’d suggest a new mission: “Laying off our employees, one person at a time.”

Can someone repost it?

someone should report it to ethics and compliance, also report to news media. This is corruption at high level.

The sad part is this used be an American company with American values, backed by taxpayer money and focused on helping people here. Now groups like this are dragging the company downhill. And some of these clowns came here because of personal connections and opportunities. Their track record is everywhere.

Happens a lot on this site. Free speech is apparently only allowed if the corporate overloads allow.

@ac I saw it on Thursday or Friday. It mentioned names, and companies they were involved with and the conflict of interest. It was long, and a lot of comments confirming issues in DXE.
