BoA downgrade, split company.
Expect more layoffs in December.
The ship is sinking mates.

I have more pride in picking up the neighborhood dog sh** than I have in working at Moneyhell.
ESM OpEx program is a shell of what it used to be. Since they’ve brought on the trans guy it’s become a political stunt
We’ve been lucky so far. Remember when Boeing had all those problems.
We’re doing the same thing. They hired a bunch of people to push parts. We’re no longer following process. We were reducing that amount of time it takes to build apart by cutting out the amount of time you have to build part.
They also do not enforce following the process. There’s no enforcement on following processes and people are changing settings on equipment without proper authorization.
Push pushing parts. Then when you push parts. You get promoted. Which encourages pushing parts at all costs. In order to move up in the company.
I bet they will remove this post. The Honeywell marketers.
The company’s been in the process of removing all older workers. So now these new people come in and just do whatever they want, and the people trying to get promoted. They will not enforce rules or processes.
The more you build the more you get promoted. Doesn’t it sound like Boeing the airplane maker. FAA is stupid.
When the FAA was investigating Boeing. They didn’t check on the Business practices of their suppliers. The whole culture in bowling is in their supply chain too.
You get a contract by following in the footsteps of Boeing. Most of their suppliers act just like Boeing. Push parts and get awarded.
@e4 at least the stock was not tanking when DA was at the helm. What has VK and co done of any value add in last three years?
DA drove the ship onto the rocks. It’s been sinking ever since.
Honeywell was a top notch brand and will be again. All of this change is necessary.
Well since I work for a competitor....its all good news for me
As a former HW exec I think its finally time to scrap this profit machine for the board. This was all done at the expense of the little people.
The ship is in dry dock and being dismantled for scrap in case you missed it.
Proxy board, new management, ruthless cuts at the top of the house!
Elliott management will start a proxy war. Bank of America is one of Elliott management alliance.
They stated together. The old Honeywell management is incapable of producing shareholder value.
What should we do? Stay? Move on?
Do we have a risk of becoming irrelevant with how most modern technologies are moved to the back?
Same old story I have heard every day since the early 90s.
never underestimate inertia.
Honeywell is not just a ship. It is a GIANT ship.
takes a lot of energy to speed up, turn, and especially stop a ship this big.
What it does not require is a crew. The ship will keep moving for quite a while even with no crew.
