The disproportionate presence of Indian leaders hiring and promoting mostly Indian H1-B candidates speaking their language into SVP and other VP roles in Tampa raises concerns about favoritism and closed networks. When leadership pipelines lack balance - opportunities for other equally qualified professionals are very limited.

What if the white British are the ones who America offshoring the jobs to ? Any more complaints?
@y8 completely diff argument. My point was that by the sheer number of Indians and Chinese in this world, and we are in a global company run by a Scot despite US bank charter, there will be more Chinese and Indians.
Tina Turner became a Swiss citizen decades ago and gave up her U.S. Citizenship.
People in the USA believe they're the only ones who pay high taxes out of their paycheck ! LMFAO. The American Idi0t Ign0rance is incredulous! (Green Day band song)
People in Switzerland, Germany, France, Netherlands and the UK pay high taxes too ! But they get back so much more in medical/health and social services compared to people in the USA.
Exactly. This is the reason why so many people literally left the USA and moved permanently to Switzerland, Germany, France, UK where you have universal healthcare because it's a right NOT a privilege to be alive and healthy unlike in the USA, AND employees have better and more labor protections and rights.
Some people even outright gave up their USA Citizenship.
Have I considered doing the same ??? Absolutely. I may actually move in 2 to 3 years. If I had known while I was attending University or post-Grad University what I know now, I would have moved to Switzerland !
@wr
What's the benefit for being American and paying taxes in this country for the past 4 generations, seeing our jobs being taken away by others even though we are as skilled as anyone. Is IT rocket science?
Well there are over a billion each of Indians and of Chinese so why is it surprising that there are so many? Kind of makes sense
After 2021 its a tsunami. Can’t find any place which they have not corrupted
Its everywhere. USA is no longer the same from 10 years ago. Whole villages have moved here
Fire AN problem solved

Hiring and promoting only H1 Indians is not a cultural thing.
It’s prevalent everywhere. In IT sector you find mostly Indian and Chinese folks in US. Even in colleges. I am Indian and I want diversity. For every position I hired, I looked with extra care to find other race candidates but I hardly got.
Now my MD hired Caucasians only reporting to him. Not only that, he hired and shows partiality from JPM - that’s brutal ( he and his group came from JPM). This is unfortunate.
Immigrants typically don’t mix with others, it’s cultural thing.
That is what I noticed about Citi as a whole - for the majority of people I see here Citi is will be the pinnacle of their careers :D So they hold on to the job forever. And wait for the severance :D No matter race or colour. Sad story which shows why Citi is in the state it is - stuck with low-skilled employees forever.
Go for a walk to some Citi offices in Europe where the MD is Indian.
There are less Indian guys in Mumbai than in the corridors of those branches. Local staff is perhaps 20% of the total.
Most of these H1B folks from India won't get a job elsewhere. They tend to cling on to this job forever. They aren't top talent either, mostly second grade workers. This stumbles progress, growth and derails development within the company.
We have to be honest - for Indians, it is cultural and deeply rooted. Fact. But it becomes more and more prevalent among other immigrant communities to respond to that favouritism and protect their careers, so now Polish, Russian, Chinese, etc is doing it too
@OP
Will rename and rebrand itself
