Visited the offices in IL and TX and there isn’t anyone I recognize in the office anymore. Conferences don’t have any UOP name players. Far fall in the last 10 years. Leftovers.

@1vj - hahaha, this is a really stupid comment. You must be a PhD Engineer that started in R&D, never got an MBA, and are now running a UOP business line. You probably know a lot about refining processes and nothing about how a business needs to manage its operations.
UOP had great management. RG as CEP ran PMT, GT ran PMT Technology function. Till the spin off, UOP tech managers ran the Solstice Advanced Materials R&D.
Probably Honeywell wouldn’t be in this position if UOP was allowed to run the whole company, not just PMT.
At the last AFPM, there were more ex-UOP in attendance than UOP.
We even hear it from the customers.

Not many
Its dwindling down since there was a decent layoff Desplainse/Rosemont sites in October/November. Then Few years back a lot old timers left/retired early do to how they were treated during review time and during their last few years so sad (Thank you Honeywell for doing this and young bad bosses too didn't help). This coming March/April there will about 3 to 4 more old timers retiring then be like under 5 year experience here hah good luck to UOP then. Ill have 41years in March and hoping retire year or 2 Im about done with way its going too biting my tongue.
