@e1 the word “HiPots” makes me throw up in my mouth. Literally all of them I’ve met would fail outside of Chevron. I just smile and nod.

Just check LinkedIn. I have seen several CVX employees touting their grand new job. You can review their work history. It's obvious that they are HiPots.
They used to always be in line with salary determination before the last transformation before being moved to November. Agree it
Is way to limit the increase you’ll get the small psg bump but no other increase where before you’d get two small
Bumps now just 1. Also lowers the salary your bonus paid out on. Remember every penny counts for the shareholders.
March now. It’s just another way to sc--w you. When promotions were in the fall, if you ever actually got one it was a chance to get two pay bumps in one year. Now that it is synchronized with regular pay determination, you get some meager adjustment once a year.
Promotions have shifted this year. They will be decided in November and be effective in March.
It was given way earlier to higher up folks before round 1 for the minions get started, look around and you see them happy and with lot of money in the bank, dont expect promotions for working bees this year and very few next year.
