It's been very active in Chicago office this week - including team lunch gatherings - that's because it's the last week here for many who are going remote.

Quiet? They closed entire offices and moved whole teams to remote. What has been quiet about that!?

There will always be storms, as individuals have to choose to be calm. You can either be depressed of the past or anxious of the future. Try to be present, let tomorrow be what it is.

I imagine that you would have been told already if your role was in jeopardy. Personally I have learned to not hold on to things too tightly, but I realize that not everyone has the bandwidth to move through life that way. Our jobs are important and how we navigate the challenges can make it worse on our physical, mental and emotional health. Much if not all of this is beyond our control. I empathize with you as you feel anxiety about the unknown. It’s definitely not easy.
