Is there a cooling off period in citi to join back as perm after layoff?

Inside a year, from your term date. You have to repay the severance pro-rata. After a year, the requirement disappears.

@ep yeah but why go back to the cesspool that is Citi. I can tell from extensive experience there are many many better options.
Because it's just a job, layoffs happen.

What is the severance period?
You can join even during your warn period. So no.You'll lose your severance if you join before that period expires. If you've Benn paid severance and join before your severance periods ends, you'll have to pay it back.
