Sunday again and I realize I hate this place even more than I did countless past Sunday's. It's getting worse each and every day, I'm sooo embarrassed to be associated with this place and looking for another job. I will take their money as long as I can but have to leave. If SF didn't have sooo much money in the bank it would have went out of business years ago. I do not believe SF is en a legitimate business anymore. They Executives are so detached for any realm of reality it is mind numbing. Everything they do is some kind of cut rate mind f-ck or woke delusional fantasy. Sad thing is it will get worse! Please offer everyone some type of severance, leave it to the bootlickers, woke crowd and Kool Aid drinkers..... Enough is enough....

They are delusional. They have added so many steps and templates and threats that it takes forever to work a claim. We are training AI to take over and in the meantime customers suffer. A new threat almost daily, do this step now or else. We are watching. Every move designed to make employees more and more miserable.
Amen! It is the way it was designed. Churn and burn sweat hop! Abuse them 2-3 years and keep turning over the workforce. Hire a complete and total 2040 workforce of lemmings, retail burn outs, and overall reta-ds. They have so miss managed things its close to coming apart at the seems. They have no clue what they are doing and now just resorting to threats. The evil sharks smell blood in the water...circling and circling. This all does not end well and companies like State Farm rarely survive this type of horrible decisions and incompetence.
