A few weeks ago, I mentioned that 3 out of 4 Lead-level team members resigned after bonus payout. Today, the fourth Lead also resigned. Additionally, another less senior team member has resigned as well.

Correction: the RTO rule shouldn't apply to anyone.

I was a lead IT. Toxic environment and bosses. Way too many Indians, 1/2 to 2/3 of meetings were Indians. The RTO rule should apply to everyone yet there are managers in Florida who are still 100%! wtf.

Which team? Corp risk? 4 days RTO forces people to quit

Who cares? If they decide to fill those jobs they'll have literally hundreds of applicants who would love to work them.
